MO Estate - Real Estate Agency in Koh Samui
MO Estate is a real estate agency based in Koh Samui, Thailand. The platform combines a multilingual public website (French, English) showcasing nightly villa rentals and properties for sale, and a management space reserved for the agency's teams. The public site features a catalogue of eighty rentals, filterable by location, dates and guest count, with a map and a search form. The management space covers the booking pipeline, double-entry accounting, contracts and quotes, a shared availability calendar across booking platforms, and staff management. The architecture is a monorepo with a central Strapi API and two separate Next.js applications, one for the public site and one for the management space.
